We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist with a keen eye for detail to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who has an established track record of success with email marketing, but most importantly someone who is ready to get their hands dirty and get the job done.

To be successful in this role you must have a strong background in email marketing and design, have excellent written communication skills, experience working with eCommerce brands and the ability to execute strategies, not just plan them. You must be able to provide a portfolio of your work to showcase your design ability.

Experience using Klaviyo a must.

Responsibilities include:

Audit client accounts and develop a clear roadmap for success
Strategise, execute, and manage a portfolio of eCommerce client accounts
Manage email marketing campaigns from development to execution (including design)
Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics
Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
Proof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
Conduct frequent analysis of competitor programs looking for insights around targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing
Analyse and track data to maximise the performance of email campaigns to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and growth goals
Analyse campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (optimisation, creative direction, etc.) to improve performance
Report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to clients and the internal team

To be considered you must have the following qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
Have worked with the Klaviyo email marketing platform (preferred)
Experience developing customised email marketing campaigns
Be willing to follow internal systems and processes and improve upon them over time
Have extremely high attention to detail and mention the words 'unicorn email marketing magician' in the first sentence of your application if you wish to be considered
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles
Experience working with eCommerce businesses a must
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work in a team

This role is in-house and you must be able to work from our Gregory Hills office (off Camden Valley Way). Opportunity to work from home for the right candidate.
